The brainchild of BL-Group and the structuring of Baus Label Sdn Bhd into a 5-main cores businesses is our President, Mr. Mohammad Khuwalid Mohd Nordin. age 35 years.
He has acquired vast knowledges & experiences in IT – network structural cabling works and civil construction works. With his diligences & perseverance, he setup this company with his moto “ sharing is caring”.

2001

Looking back the history, BL was the continuation of Mr. Mohammad Khuwalid’s late father mission in business. He has the vision in year 2001 that computerization and IT would be the business to adapt which he started to work closely with FLUKE to obtained as a certified Fluke tester – to certify network compliances (CAT5 & CAT5e) and trained as Microsoft-MCSE.

We had completed the initial 2,000 schools on all the network cabling and installation of all the computer hardware, inclusive of configuring the server for all the schools’ computer lab. Subsequently, we were awarded to deliver and install all computer and teaching aid for the project under the Ministry of Education (MOE) – Projek Pelajanan Sains dan Matematik dalam Inggeris (PPSMI) for the state of Sabah.

From year 2007 onward, the visionary of the late Mr. Mohd Nordin Mohammad Ismail, again visualizes to venture into construction. We started as sub-contractor for multiple discipline – Civil work and Electrical where we were working closely with the consultants which we had gain tremendous exposure and experiences.

We also having experience dealing with MINDEF and other ministries on numerous government project.

Koperasi Mercu Warisan (M) Berhad appointed us as their business and financial consultants.

Hotel Sri Permaisuri was estabilshed by us working with the building owner – Koperasi Mercu Warisan (M) Berhad. We design, built and operate the hotel till today.
2017
Mercu Villa, a 4 units exclusive bungalow located at Bandar Mahkota Cheras was developed by us working closely with the land owner, Koperasi Mercu Warisan (M) Berhad.

BL AgriCare was established to supply fertilizers to the Ministry of Agriculture, Malaysia for their subsidy to the paddy famers. Our distinguished partner is Agromaster Fertilizer Sdn. Bhd.

We are working closely with Hijrah Selangor to be their anchor company to develop the rakyat on how to improve their income. Apart from burgers, we have manufactured Just Drinks as the supplement in income for our street stall burgers
2019
We have established our distinguished partner with :
Honeywell to supply and install FDR and CVR Ingelia WtE Technologies Freshvale for intelligence security for MINDEF and Ministry of Home Affair

We have applied to PNS for our Hotel Sri Permaisuri franchise.
